Self-Care School Week One Recordings are here!
“So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and walked to tell His disciples.”
— Matthew 28:8 (NIV)
On Easter Sunday—over a decade ago—we sent our very first email.
An invitation. To go outside. To take one simple walk. To start again.
And 596 women said yes.
No launch. No campaign. Just faith.
That was the beginning of GirlTREK.. Now there are more than a million of us worldwide.
And it’s resurrection weekend again. And once again, we’re standing at the start of something new.
This time, it’s called Self-Care School.
And in just the first week, 10,000 new students registered for class!!!
You listened. You walked. You told your friends. Thank you.
If you missed a episode you can catch up this weekend.
👂Each episode is just 30 minutes:

Listen on Apple Podcast or Spotify.
At the end of the 10-week journey, you’ll be able to purchase your full badge set to commemorate your growth. And if you complete all 10 weeks, To every woman who showed up this week—thank you. You already did something holy.
But if you haven’t started yet? If you’re still standing at the edge? The doors are still open. Please walk through and join us.
Let this be the weekend we grow from 10,000 to 20,000 women walking in Self-Care School.
💌 Invite a Sister In
Don’t walk alone. Send this to someone you love and say: “Start with me.”
If every one of us invites one more woman in, we grow from 10,000 to 20,000—just like that.
You can also Leave a Voice Note
Your story matters. Your voice could be the one that helps someone else keep walking.

AND DON’T FORGET TO REST, REJOICE, AND CELEBRATE.
We are the daughters of women who knew how to press their hair on Saturday night and show up in full color on Sunday morning. Who brought casseroles, good perfume, and joy to the table.
So this weekend—be soft. Be still. Be with your people. Laugh. Hug somebody. Sit down for a real meal. Let yourself feel proud.
Class resumes Monday. 🏫
